CMS WiMC and StudC Lunch
Saturday, June 7 | 12pm - 1:30pm | Atrium
Organizer: William Verreault, Courtney Allen and Tianxu Wang

This event aims to connect mathematicians at various career stages to discuss contemporary issues affecting underrepresented groups in mathematics, especially women, students and early career folks. Participants will be seated in small groups and will rotate table to table at various points during the lunch, so that they will be able to meet and converse candidly about specific topics, such as job/postdoc applications, writing EDI/research statements, gender parity/diversity in mathematics. This lunch is free for those registered to attend the CMS Summer Meeting, but an additional registration is required. Since space is limited, we ask that you only register if you plan to attend, and that you cancel your registration if your plans change. See you there!
